Goals the Week of the First Christmas Program

 

So at the beginning of the school year, I’d made a document with my goals, weekly, until the end of the first semester. I’m so relieved to see the list shrinking to less than half a page. At this point, I’ll be pulling into the Christmas vacation on fumes.

Last week was my hardest week, teaching everyone their dances for the program. This week will have its own challenges, with 2 days of interruptions to my practices, finishing the stage decorations, getting the playlist made and the order printed out, then the first performance. Starting Thursday, I’ll have fewer kids to practice with (those who have performed already will go back to PE), the stage will be decorated, the playlist made and the order made. So once Thursday gets here…cake.

pick up tamales from Boy Scouts Saturday
vet for Neko AND Polka—at least they’ll let me take both at once
