C.S. You. Are. The. Best. I mailed it the day the contest ended so it should be there soon :)

Robert Great. Thanks again. :)

C.S. Australians make The Best horror films ! So I figure you know horror :).

message 7: by Robert (new)

Robert We have some pretty decent horror writers, too. I edit for a writer in Tasmania who is fantastic.

I received your book yesterday, Chantelle. Thank you so much. I am currently reading a book and want to finish it before getting onto yours - I can't stop reading a book half way through!

And you will need to get down here to Australia some day. I don't think you'll ever see a more unique country, and the people are the friendliest around. Having said that, my dream is to visit Canada and Alaska some day.

I've visited the Netherlands for a month many years ago, staying around Hoofdorp. I hope to get back there again soon - my partner hasn't been to Europe, so I think it'd be a great place to start.

C.S. Glad the book arrived! The post office here was very friendly but nonchalant about the mailing to Australia ! :)

Europe is fun - I have to say France is my favorite because of food and I can understand the language. Though the Dutch all speak English very well. The worst part is the area I am in (North Brabant) was destroyed in the war so there is no history - defying all assumptions and expectations of Europe!!

Robert Yeah, she loves France too, and can understand French. I guess I'll have to go there when we get to have our trip, hahaha.

The Dutch are definitely interesting people. My ex mother-in-law is Dutch. Strange how they are very arrogant here in Oz, but are generally quite nice over there. But nothing fazes them. That country has been through a lot.

message 10: by C.S. (new)

C.S. Yeah. Maybe that is it - they have been through a lot. I am in the south-ish part so it is less urban, though compared to Canada it is so FULL OF PEOPLE.

Take her to Etoges France. ...if she likes champagne that is. It's lovely and friendly.
