WordCamp US is this weekend in Philadelphia!
WordCamp US is the first time that the WordPress community has really tried to hold a similar event to DrupalCon, PyCon and other large conferences. They are expecting 2,000 attendees.
It certainly helps to get people in the door when tickets are an absurdly low $40. Conferences like this normally cost from $300 to $2000. There are still tickets on sale today, and if you can't make it, you can buy a livestream ticket for only $10.
