Charlotte & the Welsh Language

Using Welsh in Charlotte Gnoll was a natural extension of where the story began. And I mean really began, some 5,000 years ago when the English as we know it was not spoken. An author always looks for a hook, and I already had a few. A goddess who’d stolen the father of our hero. An explanation for Stonehenge. Perhaps introducing young kids to one of the coolest languages in the world could be a third.
