Daily Exercise Reminder!

Exercise benefits the entire body: blood, heart, brain, muscles, etc… All of YOU!  You don’t have to have a gym membership or a regimented routine (though those are great!), just be creative with your surroundings.  As a general goal, aim for at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day.
