I started reading Gravity's Rainbow because I saw you suggest it a time or two but I have to ask, am I an idiot for not understanding what's happening in the book? Because I feel like one.

No; you’d be an idiot if you didn’t get… Like, HORTON HEARS A WHO. There’s an excellent GRAVITY’S RAINBOW COMPANION by Steven Weisenberger. Zak Smith’s illustrated edition is enlightening too. And there’s a great pynchonania website at pynchonwiki and… Shit there’s another great online resource but I can’t remember the URL. Even then I do t think there’s a “get” to GR necessarily. It’s a postmodern novel and has different concerns.
