Seasonal thought of the day - chocolate log. Fun fact - the chocolate log is meant to resemble the yule log, traditionally burnt to mark the winter solstice. The recipe began to emerge in the C19 and was popular in France and the French Colonies. Today it is enjoyed around the world and remains a firm Christmas favourite.
