THE CURSED ONES, which is the first CRUSADE novel, was just published in the United Kingdom.  Here is the cover:



In the United States and Canada, this book is called CRUSADE.  And this is the cover for the hardback.



Both THE CURSED ONES and CRUSADE are the same book, except for the cover.

EXCEPT that in May, the paperback version of CRUSADE will come out in the United States, and the cover will look like this:
