SWF: It Runs in the Family
So I was back at the River Room of the Asian Civilisations Museum for the panel Kenneth was moderating: It Runs in the Family with Xiaohan and her daughter Ashley Koh; Eliza and her daughter Gabby Tye.
Eliza is the author of the best-selling Ellie Belly series, Xiaohan is an acclaimed lyricist and composer; Ashley is the author of The Wood Hut Fairies and Gabby is the award-winning author of the Run/Hide/Seek series.
The mums and daughters discussed their experiences working together. I, of course, had to ask what the girls would change about working with their mothers and not to hold anything back. I know, I know, I'm terrible but what can I say?

After the session, there was an autograph session and so I asked Eliza and Gabby to autograph their books for me. Look at the sweet inscriptions they penned. It's almost as if I dictated them myself....Okay, I did dictate them! :P
