Top 5 Reasons I Try to Walk Every Day – Episode #13

Since Fall 2010, I have been in the habit of getting my exercise by walking. I try to not let a day pass without walking at least an hour at a pretty healthy clip. In episode #13 of the Top 5 Scope, I share my top five reasons that I continue to try to walk every day.
