I finally ordered mine and got it through the kindle app and am about to start reading. Shouldn't take me long. Super excited!!

luckily ordered mine from book depository last week. It is not available in the US edition on there either. UK edition is still available though! I am currently listening to the audio book though. Can't sell out of that!!!
