…I remember the first time a friend showed me Google in the school library computer lab. And yes, the year was 1998.

Um. I posted my HTML-based master’s thesis online two years before Google existed. So. Yeah. (also: people still use it for research almost 20 years later WHAT)

My first encounter with a computer was in 1st grade. We played a game where a line of pixels “ate” a pixel dot. It was totally a worm! And the other kids wouldn’t give me a chance to play.
