Yesterday, I wrote about how a memoir needs to have a plot. There needs to be action in your story. There needs to be something happening. One way to explore plot that is to explore action. A conflict is by definition a conflict. Write about a time when there was a conflict in your life. Most conflicts involve a lot of action.
