The HARD BITTEN Valentine's Day Contest!
Yes, ladies and germs, it's that time -- time to give away TWO HARD BITTEN ARCs!
Just in time for Valentine's Day, I'll give away two, signed Advanced Readers Copies of HARD BITTEN, the fourth book in the Chicagoland Vampires series, on February 14, 2011. HARD BITTEN will be released on May 3, 2011.
And now, the rules: To enter, leave a comment on this page (no emails, please) identifying your favorite Chicagoland Vampires character.
You may only leave more than one comment per day, but you may enter once per day through February 13, 2011. Entries must be received before 11:59 p.m. CST on February 13, 2011.
Each comment will receive one entry. You will receive one additional entry by doing one or more of the following (and listing them in your comment):
1. Friend me on Facebook 2. "LIKE" the Chloe Neill Facebook page.3. Friend me on Goodreads.4. Tweet about the release of HARD BITTEN.5. Blog about the release of HARD BITTEN.6. Facebook post about the release of HARD BITTEN. 7. Join the Meritverse Forums.8. Follow this blog.9. Join my mailing list.10. Select a Chicagoland Vampires book as your book club's selection for February or March 2011.11. NOTE: Obviously, the list of stuff above is intended to help market the Chicagoland Vampires series and the release of HARD BITTEN. Word of mouth is just crucial for releases these days. It's important--and really, really helpful--work, and I appreciate everything that you all do to help get the word out.

Soooo can't wait until this comes out!! I love the chemistry between Ethan and Merit. Ethan of course is my favorite!

I HAVE READ THE FIRST CHAPTER AND I AM SO EXITED I THINK MERIT AND ETHAN ARE PERFECT. BUT REALLY I AM TEAM MALLORY SHE IS COOL SWEET AND WILL ALWAYS BE A GOOD FRIEN TO MERIT NO MATTER WHAT
Can't choose just one character! So will cheat! My favourite character is Methan (Merit/Ethan) I like the characters separately, but like them a whole lot more when they are together.1. I'm a Facebook friend

Umm...Ethan is one...Merit of course...Gabriel is HOT...Something´s up with Mallory...If I MUST chose one it will have to be Merit...or, Ethan...no, Merit.Definitely Merit.

Merit is my favorite character (she's the first heroine in UF in a long time that isn't so broken she makes me shake my head, nor is she a Mary Sue).We are already friends on facebook, I have already liked your facebook fan page, I voted for "Some Girls Bite" as the February reading book for the Paranormal and Urban Fantasy Addicts goodreads group, I share every Chloe Neill post on Facebook with my friends, including the most recent blog post about the Meritverse. I have read every Chicagoland Vamps book and intend to continue to do so. I have posted every one of your releases to my 700 member facebook friends list. I like the work, you see, so it's easy for me to recommend.
I'd love for Hard Bitten to be the first ARC I ever read.
Of Course Merit and Ethan are the top, but if I had to go for a great 2nd, I LOVE Lindsey!! :)
Hmmm this one is a hard one.I love them all but if I had to chose!!Definitely Merit she is a very complex character. I also love Ethan they have such a great chemistry together. I cant wait to read the next book.

Ethan! He is so frustrating and at times very sweet. It is a very good mix. He is a man, not a boy. He makes u truly appreciate when he loosens up. I would have to beat the crap out of him on a daily basis. I'm guessing that is what the training sessions r all about. Merit has to get her frustrations out on him somehow...
My favourite character is Ethan. Beside the fact that he is one of the most gorgeous being on Earth (*drools uncontrolably*), he is also practical, protective of his people, loyal, charming, romantic (oh, that last one scene in Twice Bitten...) and soooo many more things. Yeah, he's stubborn and frustrating but Merit will come around at some point.I love Merit as well, she's one of my favourite female characters all time, but you asked for just one character and that's Ethan.

I love Merit! She's strong and practical, but she's still got her weaknesses...i.e Ethan;)
Merit! She sticks to her convictions no matter what cost. I also have a soft spot for Catcher. :-)
I love Merit, because she's such a strong female character, and she wants to do things her own way, with a little help from her friends.
I think Ethan is my favorite, but I don't know that I'd like him if Merit weren't apart of the equation, so it's a tough call between the two of them. - I'm a friend of Chloe Neill on Facebook

I like Merit because she's a very positive female character. I know that it's her story being told, but that doesn't guarantee that a character will be a positive one. It's nice to see intelligence, caring, and independence portrayed in a positive light. (Still, Ethan would have to be my second choice!)
I love Jeff... Geeky with a sense of humor who can also handle some business in a fight, even though he doesnt have many scenes, it still leaves me lol and cheesy whenever it comes around
