A Samhain Tale

As it happens, It was my intention to post the following story yesterday, November 1st aka Samhain. Unfortunately, all of my energies were sapped by having to go to the opera, a dreadful opera as it turns out without sets, costumes that must have come from the thrift store, abysmal acting, mediocre singing.
