Update on book signing at Library

I enjoyed the book signing for The Stinkaroo Dog and the Forbidden Portal. The new library director and the children's director were wonderfully hospitable. One chatted with me and encouraged me while the other one got a drink of water for Patches.
Thank the Lord for sweet people like that.
Patches performed his tricks twice for 2 different sets of kiddos. He was really "putting on the dog" when he jumped through his hoop. He jumped higher and with more bounce than he does at home. I think he knew he had an audience! Ha, ha!
My kids were a big help with the dog and toting all the boxes to help me get set up.
Before we left the house this afternoon, my youngest daughter was walking Patches, when he saw us packing the car he jumped right in ready to go.
