@silentauroriamthereal would you be willing to share the recipe instead?
For sure!
Take ½ cup (125 ml) of semi-sweet or unsweetened chocolate chips/pieces & ½ cup (125 ml) butter and melt them in a stainless steel bowl over a bot of boiling water, stirring regularly. When they’re melted completely, take them off the heat and add 1 cup (250 ml) white sugar and stir it in. Add 1 tsp (5 ml) of vanilla extract and 2 eggs and stir them in. Then add ¾ cup (63 ml or so) of flour and a pinch of salt and mix that in. If you really want to be adventurous, also add about ½ a tsp (2.5 ml) of cinnamon and/or a large pinch of chilli powder. Pour into an 8″ or 9″ cake pan (buttered or sprayed with nonstick baking spray) and bake at 325 F (170 C) for about 25 minutes, possibly slightly less. The brownies will still seem wet and that’s fine. Cool completely before trying to cut or remove from pan. They should be chewy and still moist after cooling. :)
