Broken

It doesn’t matter

If I break or shatter

Just don’t say I’m weak

I’m allowed to let tears leak

For I can just start anew

To find the me that is true

To build up from bottom to top

And to never ever stop

To get that much stronger

And maybe last a little longer

For just because I’m broken now

Doesn’t mean I don’t know how

To put myself back together

And become a whole that much better
