You absolute sweetheart. :)))))) Yes! I’m focusing on getting chapter 7 of my novel finished, but I’m also chipping away at a new Lestrade-POV fic, and there are more ideas clamouring to be written from the wings, so… there will be more words, that’s for sure! 

I was angry not just about my experience but about so many others’ that I’ve heard, whether it’s about people leaving awful reviews on their fics, sending anon hate about their art, getting hate for shipping something - or NOT shipping something! - for daring to have negative opinions of characters for valid reasons, for believing in various theories or not believing in them, etc etc etc etc etc. It just goes on and on. I’m tired of getting threats from Mary stans, Amanda stans, people who disagree with me about some point of interpretation, people who hate one story because they think John is too much of a jerk/takes too long to figure out his feelings and omg do I hate John or something, people who hate another story because they think John is too nice and omg do I not realise he is the literal personification of a trash bin, etc. People who hate that I ship Freebatch. People who hate that I locked my Freebatch fics. People who hate that one photo of Ben that I posted once in 2014. People who hate that it says in my blurb that I don’t like yogurt. Anything and everything is hate-on-able. 

That said, I still love fandom. Sometimes I think I must be crazy, but the fact is just that I know the truth, which is that the vast, vast majority of people here are absolutely fucking amazing humans and I’m so glad to be a part of this Thing that we do. I love it. And I love writing and I’m in love with Sherlock and John’s love and I refuse to stop writing about it. So there. :)))
