One Good Thing

Pffffft. Very boring day. Sundays are strange for me. I look forward to Sunday morning all week so I can have my Sunday Morning Brownie. It's a delight. Truly. But then, when I'm nearly finished with it, the knowledge creeps over me that I have to wait a whole seven days to have another one. Then I think to myself, "How sad is it that your chief excitement in the week is a brownie?" Then I tell myself to shut up, and that I'm not the boss of me. I have a rule of not writing on the weekends to give a bit of separation to my life. Bookends to my writing week. Without these bookends you can lose track of days, with one day running into another like that, life becomes tedious very fast.

What was the point of this post?

Oh, yeah. A good thing. Ummmmm...I liked the Subway sandwich I just ate. That was pretty good. There were Doritos on it, which I know sounds a little childish, but I never actually ate sandwiches with chips on them when I was a kid, so I'm just playing catch-up. Not ketchup, catch-up. I still can't eat ketchup. Blech.
