Oh, there’s no way! Besides, who could you even name??? The bench on which she banged her knee? Tort law in Canada is rather weak compared to in the US in the first place, so not much suing happens as it is, but this was literally no one’s fault, and there are no possible damages apart from a six-month-old bruise here. Plus by next week it’ll be some other TINY, pointless grievance or worry - if not from this person, then from one of the others. :P
