I first heard of Maddy through several friends that, like myself, have strugglesd with body image issues and self-love. I listened to a few of her podcasts while driving and instantly felt uplifted and thought “I need to meet her”. Maddy Moon’s story is relatable, real and raw and we love her for that. Body issues are prevalent these days ranging from eating disorders and obsessions with food to comparing and feeling helpless.
