Just two little words, but I’m beginning to hate them with a passion. I know their meaning and when to use which. Yet I seem incapable of switching between them during one session. It’s like my brain becomes locked on whichever I use first.
I often come across gems like “Months’ worse of supplies” followed by “It gets worth than that.” Or vice versa. It’s maddening and I don’t even know why it happens. There, your, to and its don’t give me that kind of trouble. Although, I tend to mix up won and one when I’m really tired.
It’s come to the point where I avoid these two where possible, and run multiple independent searches for each where not. And I’m still convinced that everything I write is littered with them.
