Reader in the Spotlight--Tara Pennington!

Happy witching hour, my dears! How goes the night?
Okay, so I'm going to lay some ground rules--there will be no rhyme nor reason to these interviews. I will do them any day I want, because I am simply not a planner. I could try to plan things, but I fail miserably.
