Dang! got off my program! back up to 187!

i ate some peanut brittle yesterday during the game and had some beef stew with potatoes in it. I haven't done my workout in days! put some hazelnut creamer in my coffee! gotta get back on track! Help! still no booze. don't really miss it. onward and upward!
