I'm not sure if it might come to anything, but I'm experimenting with a Patron page ; basically, a way for myself as a working artist to perhaps get closer to a living wage, in exchange for exclusive content, future chapbooks and books. We shall see. Apparently Amanda Palmer is doing quite well.
