YOU'RE INVITED: On Sept 21, at 5:30PM, transhumanists, riders of the #ImmortalityBus, and myself will make a street demonstration in San Diego against existential risk (one of the major concerns of the Transhumanist Party and transhumanist movement). Everyone is invited. We'll have posters and some free t-shirts. There will be pizza and beer afterward. There will be major media and some filmmakers on hand. If you're in LA, Orange county, or San Diego, please make the effort to come and be there for the street action. To grow the movement, we need to show good numbers at the few activist events the transhumanist movement puts on. Mostly, we'll just be holding up signs about bioterrorism, dangerous AI, nuclear warfare, etc in a public place and letting the people know that existential risk is a real worry in today's world.
