Finally, into Spring! The heavy frosts and freezing winds seem to have moved on in the last week and spring is definitely in the air! My rhododendrons have started to flower and my white daphne is scenting the air, and I’m looking forward to fresh spring mornings and sunny afternoons. We had some seriously chilly days this year so I’m happy to see the last of winter.
After a crazy July, I’m back on track and up to date with my writing. I’m hunkered down in my library, throwing myself headlong into my next writing project, THE DAREDEVIL SNARED which is the third book in my upcoming series,
While we’re on the subject of the new series, I’m delighted to share with you the first excerpt for The Lady's Command! (And yes, there will be a second excerpt as we get closer to release day). I know many of you are eager to get your hands on this story - to further whet your appetite, click HERE to access the excerpt. For those yet to indulge in the Cynster Christmas tale, before we get to THE LADY’S COMMAND release, we have the mass market paperback edition of By Winter's Light (the Cynster Christmas of 1837) due to hit the shelves this month - on September 29, 2015. I know many of you have been waiting patiently to get your hands on this print edition. Click HERE for details and to access the buy links if you would like to preorder your copy.
And now - drum roll! - to an extra-special piece of news. After a seriously long wait, we have the digital image of the Cynster Family Tree Poster available to everyone, globally, now! It’s available in pdf format (best for printing) and also in jpg format (best for keeping on your computer or device) - you can choose either or both. The files are available on this website – click HERE to download your copy. I’m so glad everyone can finally enjoy the poster!!
Also, a point of note for all Cynster and Barnaby Adair fans: I’ve been looking at how best to schedule future releases (to keep you all happy!) and I’m now planning to release at least one of each series – one Cynster Next Generation and one Barnaby Adair mystery - a year, commencing in 2017, following the culmination of The Adventurers Quartet. In addition, each year from 2018, you will get a third Regency-era historical romance featuring one of those characters you’ve wanted to hear about for so long (Lord Justin Vaux, anyone?)

April 26, 2016 - A BUCCANEER AT HEART - the second installment of THE ADVENTURERS QUARTET. Follow Robert Frobisher, Declan's brother, as he takes on the second stage of the mission - and runs into Aileen Hopkins, a determined spinster who proves to be an even greater challenge.
And then?
2016 will bring you the second, third, and final installment of THE ADVENTURERS QUARTET.
2017 will see the next Cynster novel released, and after reading By Winter's Light, The Tempting of Thomas Carrick and A Match for Marcus Cynster, you should be able to guess which Cynster that will be. In addition, we will be releasing the next Casebook of Barnaby Adair story, featuring the romance of a character you will have met in previous books.
And there’s many more stories on my TBW (to be written) List to follow after that. In short, there are lots more books coming your way.

Stephanie, have we met Aileen Hopper before? If she's a new character, are you going to match any of the remaining brothers with an earlier female character? Maybe Hermione de Vaux? I'm glad that you're finally considering writing a story about her brother Justin; I've always wanted to know who they end up with! :)
