Wordcount, Shmurdcount...

How many words a day should I write? Is 3, 4, or 5 thousand
a day good, or should I just do what feels right?






Apparently, Enid Blyton used to churn out 10,000 words per
day when she was writing her children's novels. Or put another way - she could
knock out a book in 5 days. Mind you, old 'Nid has certainly taken a bit of
flack over the years for the quality of her stories, but it may be
