Writing group meetups in London anyone?
Hey guys,
I'm looking for writers who would like to join me, maybe twice a month at the least for a writers group! Idea is to have writing support – crit, encouragement etc. consistently. It'd be over a glass of wine or coffee and hopefully we'd be having a laugh as well as getting some work done in the process. You do have to be in London or close enough to get in for the meetings, which could be in Central or wherever agreed depending on where you're based. It'd be nice to get a group of five or six people!
About me!
I'm in North London, and I write MM and Het, both contemporary and genre fiction (urban fantasy, sci-fi etc.), always with a romantic element though.
I spend way too much time watching ID channel (which is funny considering I've never even thought of writing crime fiction!) and have a healthy obsession with fanfiction, though I don't read nowhere near as much as I used to. In the interest of full disclosure, current obsessions are Derek/Stiles from Teen Wolf and Harry Hart/Eggsy Unwin from Kingsman!
At the moment I've got way too many ideas and am hoping to finish the outline on an Urban Fantasy MM romance set in London. Goals are to actually get beyond the first draft stage and get a novel I can pitch! Also have a short story I'd like to submit for an anthology.

I'm envisioning trope and kink bingos as future challenges lol, which, might be getting ahead of myself here, but would be good to have other people to just write for fun with, you know?
