Sherlock Holmes, Twin Detectives, and a Violet Vampire

Today marks the release of the second of my Sherlock Holmes books for kids. The book is titled Attack of the Violet Vampire! - The MacDougall Twins with Sherlock Holmes Book #2 and it is sure to please all Sherlock Holmes fans, both young and old. The series, The MacDougall Twins with Sherlock Holmes, involves two ten-year-old twin detectives named Emma and Jimmy MacDougall who assist Holmes in solving difficult and dangerous cases. Although we aren't twins, this book is a team effort where I write the stories and my brother, Brian Belanger, is the illustrator.

The first book in the series was The Amazing Airship Adventure, and in it the twins help Holmes save London from a mad bomber who is bent on destroying England and taking over the world. Roger Johnson of The Sherlock Holmes Society of London called the book, "great fun!"

The second adventure, Attack of the Violet Vampire! - The MacDougall Twins with Sherlock Holmes Book #2, involves the twins helping Sherlock Holmes determine what the mysterious creature is which is attacking Londoners in the dead of night.
