Jerry’s team had a pretty impressive fiesta, all things considered. Gilgabot gave them four jobs entirely based around physical attacks, with no magic whatsoever and very little of what could be considered support. They basically had to charge through the game like a raging bull, and they managed to do it, hammering, chiseling, and elixering their way to a Neo Exdeath victory at Level 37.

Now, Hank wants to give it a shot, and so a new quest begins. He hopped on his Chocobo, met the three story characters, went through the motions, skipped through the cutscenes as best he could, and collected the shards of two of the four crystals. And already, the quest is certain to go a whole new direction from Jerry’s. Blue Mage and Time Mage are the jobs the RNG god Gilgabot blessed upon the party thus far; they couldn’t be any more different than the jobs Jerry started with. Nothing but magic, and REALLY COOL magic to boot. Blue Magic simply wrecks everything, and Time Magic will ensure the party gets to warp out of dungeons, float over pits, and save money on haste boots.

Hank’s quest will not be as difficult as Jerry’s

BUT HE HAS UNTIL AUGUST 31ST TO FINISH IT. There’s the rub. That’s when the 2015 Four Job Fiesta come to an end. Will he be able to marathon his way to victory? With a sickly person playing the game? TIME will tell. Just don’t be surprised if things get a little BLUE.
