Dragonfly Convention

Yesterday afternoon, the dragonflies convened in my yard. There were at least fifty or sixty of them, I would imagine they were doing something like speed dating, only the dates will no doubt lead to baby dragonflies…

It was hard to get a picture of the whole group, but I counted nine in this one. They wouldn’t be still. They were frenzied, and love was in the air. :)
