Heartbreaking.
That is the word that keeps coming to my mind as I reflect on this book. How can such a small book be so gut wrenching? By the end my emotions were all over the place. I was an uncontrollable sobbing mess yet so glad that I was able to experience this book. How can you be sad and happy at the same time? Only a powerful book can make you feel that way.
