Fear is Only in Your Mind

Fear is an ugly little booger. It creeps it’s way in your mind disguising itself as “practical”. It lodges itself deep and poses as “safety”. But all it really does is masquerade around trying to make us believe it’s a good thing when all it really is, is our worst enemy. 

    How many good things go undone because people are too afraid?  All you have to do is read some things on facebook to become terrified (you’ll  find if you do a little research, most of those articles are fake).

    But we live in a society that loves to fill us with fear.  From books to movies to news to peer groups. Fear is everywhere, at least the idea of fear because fear in all reality doesn’t exist. 

    We often get caught in a web of turning danger into fear but they are 2 totally different things.

   It may be dangerous to drive in the snow but there are precautions you can take to make it safe and then do so.   There is no precaution you can take with fear. You have to just meet fear and realize that you are stronger than fear. That you are capable of beating it.

    Because you can kick fears butt if you want.  But you’ve got to choose.
