some stuff

I had some poems in Cassette 86, a new series of short-form samplers from Dostoyevsky Wannabe. I am going to be curating the next in the series, which I am excited about.“Reduction,” a story from Black Cloud, was translated into French at Filles Missiles.I have a poem up at Prelude. I will also have a poem in their next print issue. Prelude is one of the coolest things going on in poetry right now and I was super stoked to have my work in there. (I said stoked. I am from Southern California. It happens. I am leaving my Southern California inclinations intact, OK.)Chris Dankland wrote a mini review of Witch Babies, my handmade (sold out) chapbook.I was interviewed by Amy Long at Fiction Points about using drugs as a function in my writing.I blurbed Sonya Vatomsky’s poetry collection, Salt is for Curing. It’s a really great collection. You should buy it.
I will be reading at a music/book festival in Portland, Maine this October called Waking Windows. I’ve never been to Maine. I am looking forward to it. I think the abbreviation for Maine is ME but I’m not entirely sure.
(Did I say this here already? Who knows. I’m bad at having a blog. Anyway,) Witch Hunt, my full-length poetry collection, will be published by Lazy Fascist in May 2016.
