My thoughts:
This is the 3rd book in this series and I have not read the other books. I will now but I was not lost reading this one. It seems most people are jealous of Mack and her bar. The media has become aware of Mack’s ability to solve cases after hours.
The book was pretty good I liked how the author had some second stories to the plot and everyone seemed to work together. It was a quick read that other readers will enjoy. I will be grabbing the other books in this series.

Murder on the Rocks by Allyson K. Abbott
SUMMER LIGHTNING LEMONADE
½ oz. berry vodka (e.g., raspberry, blueberry, blackberry)
½ oz. gin
½ oz. white rum
½ oz. Triple Sec
½ oz. tequila
2 tbsp. lemon juice concentrate
Lemon-lime soda
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add all ingredients but the soda and shake for thirty seconds. Pour into a large glass and top off with lemon-lime soda.
To make a non-alcoholic Summer Lightning Lemonade, shake together equal parts of a berry juice of your choosing (or crushed berries if in season) and frozen lemonade concentrate. Pour into a glass and top off with lemon-lime soda.
