I am preparing shipments of the Book and am being told by UPS that all shipments going outside the US.

To all those ordering from Canada, South Africa, Belgium, Spain, Denmark, South Korea, Germany, Italy, Turkey, etc.. I will need a phone number in order to ship by UPS.
