It’s as easy as placing an online order here and indicating in the comments something like “signed by author, please” and “inscribed to Suzy-Q.” As soon I can, I’ll hop down to the bookstore and they’ll either ship the book to you or hold it for pickup in their awesome store in downtown Concord, MA, USA .
