Authors from Around the World

The Redbreast - Jo Nesbø, Don Bartlett Let the Right One In - John Ajvide Lindqvist, Ebba Segerberg The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo - Stieg Larsson After Dark - Jay Rubin, Haruki Murakami The Shadow of the Wind - Lucia Graves, Carlos Ruiz Zafón

These are books I’m either currently reading or planning to read in August and September. Would anyone like to suggest other international authors? I’m open for anything.

Comment with your favorite non-American authors. Names of your favorite books by them would be helpful too.

*hugs and high fives*

Ashley Marie I'm in love with Stieg Larsson's Millennium trilogy right now, I'm halfway through book two.

David Clement-Davies is one of my favorite British fantasy writers, if you like books centered on animal characters. Fire Bringer is one I would particularly recommend.

I've also heard good things about Kazuo Ishiguro's work; I've got Never Let Me Go and The Remains of the Day waiting on my shelf.
