Have you ever worked with someone else on a book, and what was it like?
No I haven't, though I know a number of folk who have collaborated very successfully. Everyone works differently that's for sure, there's no cut and dried rules to writing in partnership. I'd be the one in charge of cups of tea, funny faces and cat juggling.
