This is a Weekly Shonen Jump video released in 1987 featuring sort of a making-of of Izumi Matsumoto’s Kimagure Orange Road manga.

Here you can see the interesting process of creating a Manga back then and all the work involved.

This was from before the anime was released and you can notice that they used the same kind of music that they will later use in the anime. They even used a model to embody the real appearance of Madoka Ayukawa.

Gotta love these kind of stuff!
