I'm currently on chapter seven of my new book, which one critical voice said might be my strongest work. I can almost imagine "A Habit of Resistance" in the background saying, "Oh, really..." I suppose genre preference might be a factor, as that person enjoys science fiction. Regardless, I will work extra hard to attempt to maintain the same level of quality as I continue. There's nothing I hate more than a book that fizzles out at the end because the author is ready to move onto their next work.
