“It’s” in the above sentence shouldn’t have an apostrophe. If you want people to take you seriously, you NEED to find a proofreader (or two). You need to respect your own writing enough to do that, or no one else will respect your writing. Proper Grammer is like wearing a nice suit to a formal event.
