Stop, Start, or Stop and Start.

I have had two conversations this week regarding the proper use of a comma. Depending on who the editor is and who the writer is and what the nationality is, there is no definitive answer as to where the bloody thing goes. As far as I am concerned I put the comma where I want it and if the editor moves it or gets rid of it I don’t argue. My definition of the word “Comma.”

A comma is a rest stop on the way to – a cup of tea.
