Did you see the meta going around about the green carnations wallpaper? Didn’t you write a lovely fic about green carnations? :)

Yes, indeed I did! Metas about green carnations have been around since TSOT aired, since we all thought that the flowers all over the wedding were green carnations. In my fic, which is a Janine POV, Sherlock seems distracted and starts telling Janine about the Oscar Wilde trial and the historical significance of green carnations, and Janine gathers from his rambling that he (who was the one to pick them for John’s wedding), is hopelessly in love with John. It’s the first of my stories with a floral leitmotif (the other two are The Yellow Poppies and The White Lotuses). :)
