Starting New Projects: No, Idea. Sit.

I think most writers have gone through that amazing feeling of having a new idea pop into their minds, finding its way to the writer’s heart and filling it with desire to put that idea to work. The problem is, also, most of the time, we already have a work in progress.

It’s really hard to turn that shiny new idea down and focus solely on your already started WIP. So I don’t. Yup, I give in completely. I just know I’ll end up doing it anyway.
