I was a little late with this one. Usually I’m on top of my weird stuff, but this month, I didn’t go out and buy the latest issue of Jem and the Holograms the day it came out. I still feel it’s important that I do because this is a title likely to sell out. When I finally got out a week later, the first place I went was (yep) sold out. I’m not the kind of person to just walk up to a guy who works there and ask if I missed it on the shelf (I’m 34 years old. When is this going to wear off?). Nooooo… I went across town to a different shop and grabbed one of their last copies.

As usual, this issue put me in a little-kid state of calm while I read it. A little chocolate milk, a little cereal, and we’re right back where I was 25 (ish) years ago.
