I just got named athlete of the month at my gym!

After nine years of working on Nanny Piggins this is what I do to make up for all the chocolate I ate as ‘research’.  Being athlete of the month at CrossFit SoHi is a big honour, they are group of seriously fit and dedicated athletes.
