What's the deal with the Million Man Mark? Do you get a million bucks if you kill him?

Sooo his name is a pun off of 1995 million man March in Washington, D.C.

(Spike Lee did an excellent movie about characters going to the event called Get on the bus)– but there’s no real connection to the character and the real march.– sometimes I dunno what I was thinking. 

I think the idea with the character is that he’s a super assassin who is one in a million –or would get the mark on a million men. Something like that.
